So I decided to have some fun today and attempt to be a photographer. Benjamin was really cooperative for most of it so I was really lucky. These are some of the photos that I took. Some of the are photoshopped and some aren't.

Cram Family Reunion

In June Trevor Benjamin and I all went to the Cram family reunion in zion. It was so much fun. We got to hike and play games and spend quality time together.

Summer Fun

I am really grateful that I had the opportunity to hang out with Benjamin and Trevor this summer. I am really going to miss them once school starts again. We would go on walks with the cousins, hang out at the pool and Benjamin and I spent some free time watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer. We also took many trips to Vegas, Brianhead, and Midway. He is getting to be so big now. We just went to the doctor last week and he was 16lbs and 6 oz. I love my little chubby guy.

This is the first time that we ever fed him rice cereal. The pictures really don't do the experience justice. It was everywhere and he just smiled and laughed the whole time. Of course the smiling and the laughing prevented him from actually swallowing any of the cereal so it all just ended up on the bib and his face.

Trevors aunt Karyn got Ben a little dinosaur outfit. It is so cute with a matching hat and everything. Thanks Karyn!

Benjamin's First Month

Our first month with Benjamin has been a great blessing with plenty of ups and downs. He is so strong and can lift his head and kick his feet like a pro. He is so content most of the time, except when he is naked. Unfortunately, his mommy is broken so for the first month, he was losing weight instead of gaining it because he was not getting enough calories from me. We took him to the doctor last friday and he was only 7lbs and 4 oz which was much less than when he was born. The doctor gave us some special weight gain formula to try with him along with the breast milk. When we went in for another apointment yesturday, he was already 8lbs and had grown an inch. Needless to say, I was ecstatic, but unfortunately this means that we have to do formula and breast milk. I am so grateful that it worked, though and that I am the one with the problem and not little Benjamin. He is the most amazing and the cutest baby ever, I could just stare at him all day. I feel that I have been so blessed with this wonderful child and I already know that he is very special. These are a few pictures that we took during his first month.
